You can get the best conditions when booking a car in advance (2-4 months before the start of the rental time within normal periods, and 3-6 months before the high season). When you book, you fix the cost indicated on the current date. If the trip for some reason will not take place, you may cancel the booking free of charge 24 hours before the start of the rental time.

Extra charge for car return in other city

You may take a car to Washington Dulles airport and return it to another city without any problems. Just search for suitable offers by specifying the return city you need. The search results will show only offers from those companies that allow return in another city. The indicated price already includes a one-way tariff.

Crossing international borders in a rented car

Yes, it is possible, but not in all cases. You may find border crossing conditions in the Border Crossing section of the booking terms. To do this, click on the "price details" button.

Conditions for cancellation/modification of booking

You may book a car in advance; and if your plans change, you will be free to cancel your booking 24 hours before the start of the rental time. This is the standard contract condition.
In the case of cancellation within the next 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of 50 euros.
Compensation for cancellation on the day of booking is not provided; in this case, you will be charged the full amount for the entire rental time.
