By booking a car in advance, you are guaranteed to get the car at the fixed current price. In this case, you may cancel/alternate the order free of charge 24 hours before the start of the rental time, without any penalties.

When you book, you fix the cost indicated on the current date. If the trip for some reason will not take place, you may cancel the booking free of charge 24 hours before the start of the rental time.

To travel calmly and to not to think about possible damage to the car, take out a full insurance policy; in this case, any difficulties with the car cease to be your concern and fall on the shoulders of an insurance company.

Return in other city or country

You may take a car to Ontario airport and return it to another city without any problems. Just search for suitable offers by specifying the return city you need. The search results will show only offers from those companies that allow return in another city. The indicated price already includes a one-way tariff.

May I travel outside the country in a rented car?

In order to not find yourself in a situation where you accidentally end up in a place you are not allowed to go, visit the Border Crossing section in the rental terms.

Cancellation and modification of order without penalties within 48 hours

You may book a car in advance; and if your plans change, you will be free to cancel your booking 24 hours before the start of the rental time. This is the standard contract condition.
In the case of cancellation within the next 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of 50 euros.
Compensation for cancellation on the day of booking is not provided; in this case, you will be charged the full amount for the entire rental time.
