I was given a clean Toyota Yaris that was perfect for narrow island roads, with the paperwork explained clearly and no pressure to buy extras. The only small issue was that the support phone was hard to reach during peak hours, but once I got through, they helped quickly. Drop-off at the same airport was smooth and took just a few minutes.
